Markus Blatz, DMD, PhD The Ceramic Update 
  Abstract: This presentation will introduce current prosthodontic protocols and materials, including CAD/CAM technology, ceramic materials, and cementation procedures. Guidelines for esthetic and functional success with tooth- and implant-supported ceramic restorations ranging from porcelain laminate veneers to complex implant-supported full-mouth rehabilitations will be presented based on the most updated the scientific evidence.

 

Bio:

Dr. Markus Blatz is Professor of Restorative Dentistry and Chairman, Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He received his DMD, Doctorate and Prosthodontics Certificate from Freiburg University, Germany. He received multiple teaching and research awards and has over 150 publications.
