Abstract: This program is presented to suggest techniques, materials and systems that allow technologies like CAD/CAM, Cone beam imaging, indirect viewing and magnification systems and new dental materials (eMax) to be utilized in the dental practice today.
In this program we will discuss the use of the CEREC system from a prosthodontist’s perspective after 14 years of use and how this technology has evolved and impacted the practice of dentistry.
We will look at the improved diagnostic and treatment planning abilities that Cone beam imaging provides the dentist and discuss how to successfully implement these technologies to make for a positive and productive clinical result.
