Restorative Contours for Immediate Implants: Achieving Optimal Esthetics and Sustained Peri-Implant Health   

Intact sites treated with immediate implants and provisionals have the greatest potential for esthetic outcomes. Appropriate restorative emergence profiles are not only required to optimize esthetics, but are also essential in the preservation of peri-implant tissue health.
