Application of Digitally Manufactured High Performance Polymers in Implant Rehabilitations

This presentation introduces new trends in digitally manufactured polymeric prosthetic materials and their clinical applications in different patient scenarios for single unit implant supported rehabilitations as well as more complex clinical situations involving implant reconstructions in extended edentulous spaces and full arch cases. This lecture will highlight the main types, properties (biological, physical and mechanical), potential advantages and limitations of CADCAM high performance polymer materials to assist clinicians in the decision making process for material selection in implant rehabilitations
